Ben Franklin said, “Whatever is begun in anger, ends in shame.” That quote reminds us that temper tantrums can be hurtful and destructive.

Just Say No to Angry Oubursts and Temper Tantrums!

Have a heart that never hardens, and a temper that never fires, and a touch that never hurts.
Charles Dickens

Look upon the errors of others in sorrow, not in anger.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

When someone hurts us, our natural instinct is to strike back. But, when we do, we not only destroy any possibility of reconciliation, but we also allow anger and hate to control us.
Billy Graham

A person who quickly gets angry causes trouble. But a person who controls his temper stops a quarrel.
Proverbs 15:18 ICB
